
Yoga Classes
Sunrise Hatha Yoga:
You will learn more about your own body than ever before. Gentle warm up is followed by asanas. Each session will give an excellent yoga work out. You discover your true strength energy.

Therapy Yoga:
60 minutes one to one yoga session or a group yoga workout with yogic therapy that will give you energy. The tutor will assist your body in order to provide opportunities for the body to resist various health disorders and bring harmony and new energy and balance.

Ball and Chair Yoga:
Designed to give an opportunity to introduce poses to help good coordination, body strength, balance with motions, exercise and breathing resulting in bringing calmness to relax one's wellbeing.
Open Class for All Ages:
The open class is designed for everyone who is able and proficient to keep up with the tutor! Beginner to medium yoga levels. Experience an effect similar to a bird learning to soar in the limitless sky.

Yoga for Beginners:
Yoga enhances your performance in your job, sports and also revitalizes you. It can bring a new outlook to life and improve your health through postures with traditional hatha yoga.

Yoga for Improvers:
Once you learn the yoga positions, you may wish to improve and join with more experienced students. Discover in-depth yoga knowledge and fulfill your goal for healthy living.
Yoga for Children 4 to 9 years, Youth (Age 10 to 14):
A fun introduction to yoga using games. Learn to improve postures and concentration through yoga. Yoga for children and youth is designed to give an opportunity to introduce poses to help the body mind and balance energy.

Core Yoga for All Ages:
Core Yoga is designed to give an opportunity to introduce poses to help body strength. Chair yoga, ball yoga and some hatha yoga poses provide some challenges in this workout. Core yoga provides good coordination, balance with motions and an exercise that will provide good stability through a 60 minute yoga workout.
